MOIL, Formerly Manganese Ore (India) Ltd. is a scheduled “A” MINI RATNA PSE under Ministry of Steel. MOIL operates 10 mines (MS & MP State). MOIL fulfills 50% of total requirement of dioxide ore in India. MOIL also has FM plant & EMD Plant. MOIL is expanding through its joint venture in India & abroad.

        MOIL invites application from energetic candidates, who are willing to grow with
MOIL in the following categories:


(I) Trainee Sel. Gd. Mine Foreman/ Sel. Gd. Mine Foreman (NE-09) – 05 Posts
( 1 ST,1 OBC,2UR,1 SC)

Qualification: i) Dip. in Mining and Mine Surveying

Experience: 2 yrs. as Mine Foreman after passing Diploma
                                      OR

 Qualification: i) Dip. in Mining and Mine Surveying
Fresher will be inducted as a trainee for a period of 2 years. After
acquiring Competency Certificate of Mine Foreman U/R
Exemption Certificate and satisfactory performance, will be
regularized as Sel. Gd. Mine Foreman

 Age limit: Upto 45 years

 Total emoluments: Around Rs. 29,000/- pm in the scale of pay of Rs.12200-

360-23000/- (NE-09)

(II) Mine Foreman-I (NE-08)- 04 Posts ( 1SC, 1 OBC, 2 UR)

Qualification: i) SSC Pass ii) Possessing valid Mine Foreman's Certificate of
Competency (U/R)

Experience: 6 yrs. after passing Mine Foreman’s Competency Certificate.

Age limit: Upto 40 years

Total emoluments: Around Rs. 27,800/- pm in the scale of pay Rs.11700-340-
21900/- (NE-08)

(III) Mine Mate –I (NE-05) – 08 Posts (3 OBC [Including 1 OBC (B/L)], 3UR,1
SC,1 ST (B/L)

Qualification: i) SSC Pass ii) Possessing valid Mine Mate Cert. of Comp.
(U/R)

Experience: 3 yrs. as Mine Mate in a reputed Mining Company.

Age limit: Upto 40 years
(Upper age limit may be relaxed in the case of experienced Mine Mate for
the period equivalent to total period of experience gained as Mine Mate
(U/R) subject to the age limit not exceeding 53 yrs. including all the
relaxation.)

Total Emoluments: Around Rs. 25,250/- pm in the scale of pay of
Rs.10600-280-19000/- (NE-05)

(IV) WED-II (NE-05) – 09 Posts ( 1 SC, 2 OBC, 6 UR)

Qualification: i) SSC pass ii) WED’s cert. of Comp.(1st Class)

Experience: 3 yrs. Exp. as W.E.D.

Age limit: Upto 40 years

(Upper age limit may be relaxed in case of experienced Winding Engine
Driver for the period equivalent to total period of experience gained as
Winding Engine Driver.
Total emoluments: Around Rs. 25,250/- pm in the scale of pay of
Rs.10600-280-19000/- (NE-05)
 (V) Blaster -II (NE-04) - 07 Posts [1 SC (B/L), 1 ST (B/L), 5 UR)
 Qualification: i) SSC pass ii) Blaster Certificate of Competency (U/R)
 Experience: 1 yr. as Blaster in a Mining Organization.
 Age limit: Upto 35 years
Total emoluments: Around Rs. 24,550/- pm in the scale of pay of
Rs.10300-260-18100/- (NE-04)
 Desirous candidates may send their applications superscripting on the

bio-data (Bio-data form can be down loaded from our website www.moil.nic.in) and
self attested copies of Certificates and testimonials along with Demand draft for
Rs.50/- drawn in favor of MOIL Limited, Nagpur (not required for SC, ST
candidates). The application should reach the office of the undersigned on or before
15.02.2017.
 The selection of the candidates for all the above post will be based on
written/skill test.
 No Candidates appearing for selection (Written/Skill) test for the above posts
will be paid to and fro transportation charges.
General Conditions:

1. Only Indian Nationals need to apply. Mere submission of application will not
entail right for claiming appointment.

 2. For the above post, age, qualification and experience would be as on 01.01.2017
 3. In support of age proof, candidates will have to submit School
Leaving/Matriculation/ Secondary Board Certificate / Certificates of Birth from
concerned Municipal Authorities.

  4. In support of percentage of marks and experience, candidates will have to
enclose self attested copies along with application.

 5. Candidates from Govt.Depts./PSUs must forward their applications through
proper channel or they should produce NOC at the time of interview.

 6. Candidature will be liable for cancellation for the post applied and/or removal
from the services of the Company after joining, if at any stage it is found that
information furnished in the application is misleading/incomplete/false. The
candidates are advised to give specific/correct/full information and attach proof
thereof by way of attested photocopies of the original documents/certificates etc.
Before making application, candidate must ensure that the minimum criteria laid
down for the posts are fulfilled.

 7. The upper age limit in all the posts is indicated for general category of candidates.
Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates will be as per Government guidelines
in this regard. Age relaxation for ex-serviceman will be service rendered in the
Armed forces plus 03 years. Upper age limit is not applicable in case of
Departmental candidates; having at least three years balance service.

 8. Relaxation of standard in selection against reserved vacancies – if sufficient
number of reserved category persons are not available on the basis of laid down
general standards, the general standards could be relaxed suitably to fill up the
reserved posts.


9. The Management will not take any responsibility for any delay in receipt or loss
in postal transit for any application or communication.

 10. SC/ST candidates should produce caste certificate issued from the Competent
Authorities.

 11. OBC candidates applying for post reserved for OBC should not belong to
`Creamy Layer’ and shall produce latest certificate from the Competent
Authorities.

 12. In order to regulate the number of candidates to be called for the Written/Skill
test, if so required, the Management reserves the right to raise the minimum
eligibility standards/criteria OR to relax the minimum eligibility
standards/criteria including age limit in otherwise suitable candidates
depending upon the response to the advertised posts.

13. Merely meeting the above qualifications and experience shall not entitle a
candidate to be called for selection (Written/Skill) test. Only short listed
candidates will be notified for selection (Written/Skill) test.

 14. Depending on the requirements, the Company reserves the right to
cancel/curtail/increase the number of posts without any further notice and
without assigning any reason thereof.

 15. In addition to the salary, the regular posts carry other fringe benefits like
Contributory Provident Fund, Insurance Linked Gratuity, Free Medical
Attention, LTC etc. as per the Rules of the Company.

 16. Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidates from the candidature of
the post.
